About Us
Beth Pancoe founded SDI Construction in 1987 was the first woman to obtain her general contractor's license in New Hanover County. Today, SDI is a successful business with a specialized niche in the renovation, restoration or remodeling of residential and commercial properties. SDI projects include such notable properties as the UNCW Wise House, Temple of Israel and Wilmington Athletic Club. Residential projects include renovations, remodels and new construction of custom homes throughout New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties.
